Returns Policy for USA: 

Blissful Shores accepts returns for defective or damaged products within 4 days of delivery. If the customer receives a defective or damaged product, they should contact Blissful Shores’ info@blissfulshores.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process. The customer will need to provide photos or videos to prove the defect or damage. Blissful Shores will then provide a return address for the customer to send the product back. Once the product is received and inspected, Blissful Shores will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

There are several reasons why Blissful Shores may not accept returns or issue refunds, including:

Non-defective items: Blissful Shores does not accept returns or refunds for non-defective items. This means that if you simply change your mind or no longer want the product, you will not be able to return it.

Shipping issues: If the product was lost or damaged during shipping, Blissful Shores may not be responsible for the return or refund. However, they may offer a partial refund or a replacement product.
